Babushka's Kitchen & Deli (BKD) was established to provide Mexico with the Best Eastern European Foods, Imports and much more . It is based on the passion of Babushka & Gigi based on their Eastern European heritage and the traditions that were passed along to them. They remember so well those memories of Grandma cooking and the love she put into every dish she made. After settling in Mexico and their desire to fulfill their dream which was to offer such delights in Mexico. They both though hard work renovated a colonial home in Merida to establish its store and what Babushka's considers now as her Gourmet Kitchen & Deli. She is excited to be prepare her delicious dishes from Eastern Europe and from other regions of the World including Mexico. Gigi on his end has carefully built his smoker so he can offer his specialty meats such as his Montreal Style Smoke Meat, Bacon and Sausages. 

He planned to carefully to smoke multiple variety of meats as his ancestors did in Ukraine and when they immigrated to Montreal, Canada.

They also have both carefully selected best ingredients and have their own garden which they love to care for. 

Thus, ensuring that the best quality fruits and vegetables are used in their recipes.
